Imperium Rent respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us when using this site and submitting vehicle reservation requests. This policy explains what data we collect, why we process it, and what rights you have, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Collect

When you fill out the contact or reservation form, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, preferred vehicle, and the content of the message you send us. We do not collect payment card details or other financial data through the site.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, arrange a reservation, and communicate with you regarding the vehicle rental.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a rental agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries you submit to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to process your inquiry or reservation, and afterwards in accordance with applicable statutory retention periods for accounting records, where applicable. Once these periods expire, the data is permanently deleted.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data may be accessible to hosting and IT infrastructure providers we use solely to operate the site, who are contractually bound to protect it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych – UODO).

8. Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies required for its basic functioning. We do not use cookies for marketing tracking without your explicit consent.
