These terms of service govern access to and use of the Imperium Rent website, as well as the process of submitting vehicle reservation requests. By using the site, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of Reservation Requests
Submitting a contact or reservation form on the site constitutes a non-binding reservation inquiry, not an automatic confirmation of the rental. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team.
3. Pricing
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may be subject to change until a reservation is confirmed in writing. Some prices are available on request only and are determined individually.
4. Rental Conditions
Specific rental conditions — including deposit, minimum driver age, driving licence, mileage, fuel, and insurance — are defined in the individual rental agreement signed at vehicle pickup.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms will be clearly stated in the written reservation confirmation or the rental agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content — text, photographs, and design — is the property of Imperium Rent and may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Imperium Rent is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or unavailability of vehicles shown in the fleet at the time of reservation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland.
